Is there a normal black version?

No, that is the 90's Black color/design. The plain Black colored earpads is not yet available. Hopefully we will be able to stock it before this year ends.

Is there a version for the Arctis Nova Pro (wired) model?

Yes there is. You can find our Arctis Nova Pro Wired Earpads by following this link: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BK5C4BXD

Can i use these with the non-pro arctis nova? for example the arctis nova 7x?

These will NOT ANY OTHER model besides the Nova pro Wireless.

I hear some say cooling gel is a gimmick and ends up absorbing more heat after a while, but is that really true with these pads and the dual layer gel

It’s still cooler than the stock pads IMO.
