Amazing
This valerian dream tea is amazing ! I have both panic anxiety disorder and trouble falling asleep. Anyways this tea is very high quality looking and beautiful. The smell is so yummy especially for containing valerian root. which is known to be super stinky. I have no clue what the amount of valerian is in it but the taste is very yummy I didnt need to add any sweetener to it and about an hour after drinking it.... I can report it makes me a little sleepy. But more surprised in that it relaxes and calms me down a lot which is perfect to go to sleep... I really reccomend it.

This works great!
I have a hard time sleeping. A friend recommended this tea to me and I have now bought it for a family member too. Quality is good and it tastes great. More importantly it works to help you get to sleep. I highly recommend.

Good Tea, but Small Quantity
I really enjoyed Valerian Dream. From the moment I opened the container, the aroma was delightful. The tea has a gentle licorice and mint flavor that’s soothing without being overpowering. Whether it was the tea or just the perfect timing, I definitely felt more relaxed after drinking it, making it a nice addition to my evening routine. I will be purchasing this product again. The only downside was the size—I expected a larger bag, but it arrived in a small tin. I’ll be sure to pay closer attention to the quantity listed on my next purchase.

Garbage. Look for something else!!!
Product is not eligible for return. It arrived with the seal broken… ok … I decided to go ahead and try it cause at least the bag inside seemed ok. Then…. Uffff PUNGENT/overpowering SMELL of passion fruit (be aware of the natural flavors claim). The passion fruit also overpowered the notes of the herbs. It’s going to the GARBAGE CAN. Look elsewhere. Don’t waste your money here if you’re truly an herbal tea aficionado like myself.
