No refoundable, It is ridiculous.
I thought it was 3 packages with an amount of bars. It is not bar, it is 3 pouch of liquid thing. Non-refundable also. Do not get scammed. Never buy again.

This is for three bars of chocolate! The headline now says that, but when I ordered, 10 bars were pictured. Still a ridiculous price for the item, but $3 per bar is palatable, while $10/bar is not!!!!
