I have used plenty of assorted products for my Oly Lifting days at the gym. This is an excellent product. It's sticky enough for when I wrap my thumbs for hook grip and wrap my wrists, nor does it leave a sticky residue behind when my session is done or rip out the hair on my wrists. It breathes very well and does not lose its stickiness when I sweat during the summer months in the gym.

I taped my thumbs for weightlifting and itโs slipped from both. I had to re-taped really tight for the tape to hold in place but it was very unconfortable.

Excellent protection and grip for your thumb when using the hook grip during barbell cycling!

This tape stretches well and sticks pretty well. I think maybe I've had some that stuck better, but this was pretty good. For the money, it's hard to beat. I use it for CrossFit during certain barbell workouts.
