Great looking box and has a lot of room. I did love all the stuff that came with it! However, after having it for a week it suddenly just won't close. It's not by any water or nothing sits on the box. Just a bit puzzled about it I guess.UPDATE: after writing my review I was contacted by the company. I was offered to do an exchange but then was given a whole new box!! They even put some awesome little accessories with it. This company is amazing and their customer service is AWESOME. Wouldn't think twice about buying another one.

This is only the second review I've ever written, but I felt it was necessary. I like the box, don't get me wrong, but it came with some defects. First, even tho you don't see it in the pic, the description states that it will come with the airtight jar that you'd see sold with the other boxes. Second, the southern tip of the rose, next to the latch, was damaged, which had caused a smudge under and just to the left of the rose. Third, there are two cracks on the top of the box. Now, those cracks are part of the natural wood, but if I had a selection to choose from, I would not of picked this particular one. Lastly, there was a sticker on the packaging stating who I could email/call to voice my concerns. However, after drafting and sending a well worded email, Mailer Demon tells me it not a correct email. I haven't tried calling the phone number yet, but I fear I may get the same response. Otherwise, great little stash box that fits snugly in my night stand. I have photos, but it won't let me add them for some reason...Update: First, I would like to apologise to the seller, as I said I would update my review almost a year ago, but never got around to it.I gave this product a three star, but now have upgraded to a five, due to superior customer service. The seller actually contacted me about 2 or three days after writing this review, via Amazon email, apologized for my experience, and asked if there was anything they could do to make it right. I will not disclose the details, but I will say they did indeed make it right, and promptly!I would say, if your looking for a nice classy stash box, then buy this one!

This is my second stash box ordered from Hakuna, the first one was small and had minor defects like it was used , this one is a great size and the product inside is a premium size and quality , my only complaint is quality control or I would have gave this item 5 stars but this box lid is lightly warped at front to latch side and hard to open/close latch and has a big gouge/ scratch on front corner. I had to pay to send the last one back and just isn’t worth it a second time so will have to settle with a box I like just wish I had of received without defects.

The box is nice looking. I bought it as a gift for my boyfriend. After we opened it the first time, the box never completely closed again. At first I thought it was because of the jar but it won’t close when empty. In the picture I an squeezing it shut. You have to put significant weight on the box in order to lock it. The jar is came with is not the jar in the picture, which I was very disappointed about. The grinder is amazing though.

I had earlier issue with the box being warped when it arrived, that was not their fault as they made no waste in time to send me a brand new box that was still sealed in its wrapping. All natural can be tricky. It's an all together pretty box and the only concern I have with the design is the two notches on the lid makes it a little difficult to place things correctly inside. Other then that it's a great product.

This was exactly what I was looking for! It's tough to find a stash box that is quality and will last a long time. Very happy that everything that was advertised came inside the box. I've had it only for a few days and have gotten many compliments on the sacred rose design from friends! Would recommend 10/10.

Looks very nice and has a great design but the wood is very thing and the hinges are very weak. Closed the box once and the wood cracked. The grinder and the jar it comes with barley fit. It's very difficult to close. Tried closing it and the lid broke.

I bought 4 of these boxes as groomsmen gifts and they were absolutely perfect. They’re just the right size for all the essentials. Customer service was incredibly nice and accommodating to all questions. I was so happy with the product, I ordered the XL box for myself.
