If you are have a name brand salt generator system this will be pretty much plug n play. Literally took me 20 mins to be up and running. My advice hook it up and run your system for 24 hrs, check unit for correct salt level and operation. Mine was very close to my current salt level and has been great so far.

We were having an issue with our cell, we reached out to customer service and heard back within 24hrs. Really good communication, customer service response was fast and we were able to trouble shoot via email and work out our problems.

(Update) there was some misunderstanding, I was told with this model the generator light stays on 24/7 while it’s in the auto position, but is not generating while the no flow light is on. The communication got a whole lot better and although all through email still, but the technician responded very quickly. My pool guy installed this in 20 minutes it looked very easy to install and I plan on keeping the unit. I will update this if I have any further issues. My pool chlorine level is back to normal. ///// I am being told that this pump never stops generating chlorine even if the pump is off and the no flow light is on, slow communication, I have been trying to get this resolved for a week now and it seems to me I’m getting the wrong information from the customer service. Would not recommend this and I will probably be sending back soon if they do not address my issues soon. So frustrating to deal with through email when I left them my phone number.

Did not have o rings in package

I bought the chlorworks salt generator a year ago. My salt reading on the control box was reading 2400. The pool store test and my salt meter was saying 3000 ppm. I emailed customer service they asked for pics of all screens. I emailed them, the service rep sent me a recalibration instructions. Recalibrated the salt and it back to normal.

My pool is 15,000 gallons. I installed this generator and run the pump 4 hours per day at 75% capacity. The pool is clean. Great product.

it does exactly as it says , set in auto theres nothing to do but check the ppm reading

Update, after some back and forth emails they resolved my issues.Worked well for two weeks and now will run a couple hours at a time. I can see it producing but after about two to three hours it stops producing and the check salt lights a check salt lights up, I know the salt level is 3600ppm and the cell is clean. We've recalibrated and still nothing. Very disappointing. The customer support email does not work.
