We have had this for three years and it’s used every day. It performs perfectly. Until the remote control stopped working.Unsure what to expect I emailed Foxydry who were fab. They responded immediately and offered to send me a new remote free of charge apart from the postage cost.A few days later it arrived and they told me how to program it.Brilliant service for an out of warranty product bought online.

Like this a lot but I feel its very expensive for what is.

This unit is absolutely 💯 fantastic, and easy to use. The remote control allows for the unit to be moved up and down. It also has a very good light and strong fans if required. I have the unit mounted on a ceiling over a stove. The clothes dry in no time at all. I would advise that a professional install this unit, especially if it is mounted on a wooden ceiling like ours as it needs to be reinforced in the attic. A small comment, it would be helpful if the sides had A and B marked on them to indicate which piece was which. I Would totally recommend this unit. Thank you seller

If you have plenty of laundry to air each day then this equipment is a necessity. We had it installed by a qualified electrician and it took him about an hour to put it up. The first airer we purchased from the supplier was faulty after about 6 months. But the after sales were very responsive and after much tooing and froing with photos and emails, they decided it wasn't repairable so they sent me another airer through the post. Having to install it again was painful financially but it had to be done. The fan blows cold air and the arms can be extended manually. Overall we're very happy with the purchase.

I absolutely love this drying rack; I have had it installed in my utility room; as I have quite tall ceilings, the clothes go up high and dry so quickly. I have a humidifier so there no damp issues as we do atleast 2 washing loads a day. It holds quite a lot of washing including sheets and towels. I don’t use the fan which comes intergrated in the rack but did use the light a few times when my spotlights weren’t working. The remote is also very handy. It was a bit on the pricey side, but now I hardly use my tumble dryer so make savings on the electricity bill over time, I’m sure. Can’t imagine life without it!

Great product and outstanding customer service: unit showed a fault after 18 months and after initially replacing the remote (which didn’t resolve the issue) Foxydry substituted with an up to date model.

This is a well designed and well made bit of kit!...but it should be , it isn't cheap.My only complaints are minor ones, the installation manual is a bit meagre especially if, as with ours, the fixings provided aren't suitable for your ceiling. Secondly the supplied flex is only 600mm long and had to be extended. Overall don't underestimate the work needed to install it, its big and quite heavy and not an easy DIY job.Even so we are very pleased with the machine now its in. My wife, who has limited mobility, can use it without having to stand. It is easy to operate and has plenty of room for the laundry. Overall we are very pleased so far!
