Who to talk too.
There great looking balls. Bought for my father in law He’s 94 and loves to shoot pool. Problem is that after a month , the ball are chipping. I ordered a new set and they did the same thing. ???? Don’t know why. Would love to hear from the company about this problem.

Chipped quickly, good customer service.
Shortly after getting these billiard balls, they began chipping. This photo represents just a few of the chips. Virtually all of the balls are chipped. Very disappointed in the quality. We replaced them with some Aramith balls that were only approximately $70 more. You definitely get what you pay for. Edit: Company contacted me promptly and issued a full refund. Solid customer service.
