This includes an Operator Error, A Signal Interference, A Collision, A Water Damage order a Drop Damage. Each time you request a replacement, you’ll receive a replacement unit that is new or equivalent to new in performance and reliability. The following parts can be replaced under DJI Care Refresh: aircraft, gimbal, camera and propellers. After making a replacement request, send the part needing replacement to DJI.
