I can't swallow capsules and the turmeric/ginger capsules I originally tried are far too pungent to empty and mix with yoghurt which is what I usually do with capsules. So I was very pleased to find these gummies, which are very easy to take and taste lovely. They are a nice texture with a slightly sweet-orangey flavour with a light ginger kick. And they do seem to be effective too.
