These are the top end of all magnetic tiles! They are truly amazing! They are not only visually appealing, but they are super strong tiles. They are compatible with all the other brands of tiles we have. Highly, highly recommend!

While this Connetix Rainbow Rectangle Pack only includes 18 Pieces, it’s an excellent way to incorporate some larger, rectangular tiles into your collection. These bigger tiles will enhance your builds and allow for taller structures. The magnets in Connetix tiles are the biggest and strongest I’ve seen. This is the key to having strong builds. The tiles are riveted together and are made with a food grade non-toxic plastic. They are very durable and there are no sharp corners. The colors are bright and vivid, and the tiles have a nice clarity to them. As for price, the tiles in this rectangle pack are about $3.61 each, which is considerably higher than most, even other Connetix sets. That being said, this pack does include some fairly large tiles and that’s why I think it runs higher. Connetix is a premium, high-quality brand, and as such, so is the price. This set is Made in China, and comes in a nice, reusable cardboard box. It also includes an inspiration book with some ideas to get started. Overall, this Connetix Rainbow Rectangle Pack makes a really nice addition to our Connetix collection.

I ordered these for my son because they were unique shapes we didn’t have (long rectangles for making ramps and such). The rest of the magnetic tiles in our collection are a hodge podge of hand-me-downs, and WOW are these new ones so much stronger than all the other brands we have. The magnets are SO strong (and beautiful! They resemble gems). But I gave them 4 stars because the high price makes my eyes water.

This is one of the best expansion sets to grow your collection, as adding rectangles significantly expands the kinds of builds possible with these tiles. If you want to make airplanes, larger vehicles, more stable structures, longer ramps, better ball runs, and more, you need to have a rectangle set like this one! While the price is not insignificant, there are few, if any, comparable rectangle sets available on the market (really, the only one I can think of is PicassoTiles, which is frequently out of stock, equally expensive but for more pieces, and doesn't have rivets). All in all, getting one (or even two!) of these rectangle sets is a must for any magnetic tile enthusiast! I generally recommend it as the most important expansion after getting a basic starter set, some wheelbases, and one or two 4x4 baseplates.

If the kids are getting older, or if you love creating with magnetic tiles these are a cut above most. The colors are bold and bright, the tiles are clear and beautiful. From the moment they arrive, it's obvious that better magnets are used in this set as the package is much heavier than other sets. And because the magnets are stronger, the structures they can build are higher and more stable. When you or the kids are ready to take magnetic tile building to the next level, these are exactly the tiles to get you there. There are multiple different sizes in the package which allow for greater creativity. Just a great set.

I purchased this brand think the quality would be superior to the cheaper Coodoo version. I couldn't have been more wrong. The Coodoo kit was far superior and a third of the price.

Eek! I can’t wait to use these… I mean, for my boys to use these obviously… who am I kidding??? I LOVE playing with Connetix as the brand is the best. I have other high end brands but this one looks the best and the magnets definitely hold the best. They are on the more expensive side, but I bought them when they had their offer… soooo happy and can’t wait to give them for Christmas! If you’re just starting out though, you will need lots of these and you will become addicted!
