Himalaya Organic Triphala, Colon Cleanse and Digestive Supplement for Occasional Constipation, 688 mg, 60 Caplets, 2 Month Supply

Promising reduction in symptoms of bloating and cramping.I started by splitting on tablet in half, taking half in the morning and half at night.I don’t struggle particularly with constipation but more so uncomfortable digestive issues like bloating and slow transit through the upper GI area. This causes trapped wind and pain under the ribs that no amount of supplements or medication has resolved. Since starting slowly I have noticed less discomfort but it has not eliminated it. So I will increase slowly to see if it makes any difference. I was reluctant to take one full tablet just in case it made matters worse so using tentatively. Will update if matters improve by taking one full tablet in the evening and half in the morning. My sleep has been more unsettled which is disappointing but digestive discomfort is slightly lessened so I intend to persist for a while longer

Great product. No side effects. No strong taste. Good size not too big to swallow though also easy to break up. No longer bloated so doing a good job and will continue to purchase

Good product for cleansing the whole gut track

As close to the organic pills I was able to get while in India. The same brand exists in India, but I feel the way it is manufactured and produced in India is different than outside the country making it more potent. However, this formulation seems to be quite effective and similar t organic Indian pills.

Great product really helps with my IBS

Excellent if you need a boost to naturally go to the toilet

Amazing. I take 1 with water before bed. Happy bowel movements ever since.

The real deal! Works well, feel much better health wise.

I am happy with the quality and convenience of this brand. I also recommend this brand of products to my friend. Thanking you kindly.
