I asked my husband to order this for me after reading reviews. Approximately a week after ordering it had not arrived (USPS fault), he contacted them. Product came very shortly after that. A couple days later we received a second order exactly the same. We ordered the Moringa Butter and it came with a generous sample of carrot seed oil. We live in a very dry climate and during winter months skin and scalp suffers horribly. Very impressed with customer service and product. The butter is very light and absorbs into skin and roots of hair beautifully. The texture is so light, very slight scent. My dogs had been scratching and that has all stopped. My 2 favorites right now are this Moringa butter from Botanical Beauty and Organic Babassu oil from the State of Maranhao in NE Brazil which is like silk. You won’t be disappointed with this formulation for dry skin. They have a large selection of oils and formulations like this.
