What I Wanted!
This workout mat is perfect for what I ordered, which was primarily not to slip and slide while workout out.-a non-slip top surface so my sneakers wouldn't slide all over the place (while doing burpees, lunges, mountain climbers, jumping jacks, plyo exercises, etc)-a non-slip bottom surface so the mat wouldn't slide all over the floor while doing cardio, HIIT, etc.-It isn't very padded, but cushy enough to absorb jumping, lunging, running in place, etc even when it is on top of a tiled floor. It's not thin, either. Good quality but probably not too shock absorbing. That's what quality footwear is for ;)-Great size for in home workouts-Portable, easy to clean, easy to roll and unroll-Overall...worth every penny to be able to exercise without moving around and tweaking something!

Great matâ not scuff free though
Good product if not a little pricey. Donât believe that it is scuff proofâ it isnât. Takes a looooooooong time to flatten out.

Perfect for my basement work outs!
Good quality and thickness. Standard size yoga mat for sizing, I got the 7 x 5 mat. There is slight curling at the one edge but not too bad and should fall out as it lays flat. Also, there is a slight chemical smell but it's not overwhelming - and I'm pretty sensitive to smells. I also have a large dog that has walked on it a couple times, I don't think her nails will tear it up. Very happy with this purchase.

Very Satisfied, Durable Product
I have a small place in my living room that i work out in and was looking for something that would help with absorbing some of the impact to my floor (and my knees!). This worked out perfect as it is durable, portable and easy to put away when not in use. Just roll it up and tie it down with the included clip straps and youâre done.In comparison to some of the tile product Iâve used in the past, this was a bit thinner but still does the job. It did not have that strong chemical odor either, which is a plus!I have not experienced any slippage as others have noted.Overall, i am satisfied with the product that was delivered (undamaged!)

Love this mat!!
I was hesitant to buy this only due to the fact it was going on a carpet floor and worried it would slide around while doing my workouts. Well Iâm happy to report It does not move. Grips very well. I do a lot of HIIT workouts and use a step and skip ropes. Best workout mat I ever purchased. Highly recommend!!

Product is of good quality, but I was expecting a little bit more rubber texture for grip when doing push-ups and any plank work, but itMs not slippery either.

Thickness is not what I thought it would be. The cushioning is not suitable for cement floors.
The picture makes the mat look very thick but the actual mat is quite thin and there is not padding for cement floors.
