How do the blades handle ice?

I used it to chop ice cubes for my dessert. I love this onion slicer.

Can it chop nuts for salad?

I don't see any problem with chopping nuts. I chop everything from walnuts to small carrots, onions and peppers. You won't regret it, just buy it, it's great.

Is it easy to chop tomatoes and peppers manually with this food chopper?

It's very simple. Just make sure that the tomatoes and peppers are cut into 4 pieces.

Is this vegetable chopper dishwasher safe?

Yes, we recommended top rack dishwasher safe. It is also easy to wash by hand, all parts of the chopper can be simply disassemble for easy cleaning, just rinse under water in 15 seconds and finish the cleaning.

Brilliant chopper

Had one for years and it has saved me so much longwinded chopping, without having to resort to a bulky food processor. Even makes lovely hummus. It only struggles a bit with peppers. Only downside is one must not yank the hand too sharply or it may stick. Buying this for my mother, who has arthritic hands (as do I) and I know she will love it.

Well worth the money!

I gave my 500ml food chopper to a friend who hates chopping onions (and she was making me a Christmas Dinner ☺️😇🤣😂) I couldn’t let her suffer, could I? But … I loved using it, so I ordered another! I have Arthritis in my hands but, I find these kitchen tools so easy to use! It’s more controllable than the electric one’s with very sharp blades! A very reliable manufacturer!
