Very comfortable to hold. The warming feature is definitely a plus. Still going through all the vibration settings but so far absolutely no complaints. 10/10

Honestly didn’t know what to expect, but it turned out to be a great surprise. My wife says it helps in more ways than one, and she swears by it now. Simple to use, well-made, and definitely worth trying.

The heat feature is nice but nothing else

I really like this, I used it on my very sore neck right out of the box. I love that it heats up. It’s skinnier than most so it’s easy to hold and rub on my neck. I put a pain relieving oitment on it and rubbed it into my neck, Felt wonderful. The only downside for me, and it’s a biggie, it that the buttons do not stick out in color or feel. And it’s super hard to push the buttons down, almost to the point of hurting my hand! Especially if you have any fingernails at all, Mine are medium length to short, andd I have to use the side of my finger and REALLY press hard. It hurts! Bummer because I really like it.
