I really like the Nuwave because it can do almost anything that a conventional oven can do. I can easily cook five hamburger patties and 15 minutes at 350°. I can cook a half a pound of bacon crispy and about 7 minutes at 350°. I can air fry wings and sausages or hot dogs. I really like the fact that the grease drops into the bottom of the pan so I feel like it's more healthy cooking. Also with the temperature and time feature because it will automatically turn off while the food is still covered underneath the Dome. It is also easy to clean for myself because I line the bottom with tin foil and I run the rack through the dishwasher. I really love this space, energy and time efficient Appliance in my kitchen.

This Nuwave Pro oven is a good convection oven, airfryer, dehydrator, roaster, infrared oven for small spaces and in general a very versatile compact appliance.Thus far I have used it for a variety of things: baking breads often, especially baguettes; baked cake; roasted vegetables, reheated leftovers, baked fish. All have turned out terrific and I love that I can see progress of the process without having to take the cover off.There are several benefits and features that I like so far and I have yet to explore every single function!~ Space saving : I LOVE that it fits in my kitchen that is limited in space and I don't have to have things spread out all over the place.~ Attractive: I like the olive green with the yellow dome.~ No preheating necessary~ Energy saving due to its compact size~ Versatile functions as mentioned above: baking, dehydrating, air frying, roasting, etc...~ Easy to comprehend and follow operations~ Durable~ Side cover rest (although it feels like it might not really hold the top it does!)~ Transparent dome lid so I can see what's going on inside~ I like that if the baking time wasn't sufficient like my bread wasn't quite baked it's very easy to simply set it for another 5 minutes and the oven picks up from where we left off.~ Beeper lets me know when it's finished~ Pre-programmed recipes~ The option to use either the pan at the bottom or the rack.~ The rack can be used two ways - just flip to the side you want~ Easy to cleanCons/DownsidesThere really aren't any that I can think of. Of course I couldn't bake my entire bread recipe in the oven at once but that's the point : if I wanted to bake in a regular size oven I have that option. This is a WONDERFUL mini appliance that is versatile and useful for many but not all things.I cannot WAIT to try so many other recipes in this Nuwave Pro!

The media could not be loaded. We cooked our first meal on the Pro Plus 2 today, a 6+ pound whole chicken. It was expected to take an hour and a half based on the cooking times in the manual, but it was done in an hour. At that time internal temps were well over 165 all around. We had planned to flip the chicken after an hour and cook it another half hour, but that was not necessary. The chicken was very moist. The clean-up of the unit was no faster than what one would expect from cooking a chicken in a conventional oven. The unit works well; time will tell.I have included a time-lapse video of the one-hour cooking process.

Love the Nu Wave oven. I received excellent support form the Nu Wave company after purchasing unit on Amazon.

Works very well however not happy with the new programming they made the 100 preset are hard to understand how to use. This is my 3rd newwave oven I really like how they cook.
