I love my wheat pillow ,I suffer with slipped disc in my neck and this holds my head in a good position all night ,this pillow is very firm ,I might take some filling out but I will wait and see ,this is a full size pillow and won’t get lost inside your case ,what I really like is that is inside it own padded pillow case protector.
