The DX Power Balls are filled with steel shot. This means that these DX Balls weigh in at either 450g, 600g or 800g each and now they glow in the dark too!
450g Power Balls are 62mm, 600g 68mm and 800g Power Balls are 75mm in diameter.
The Power balls are designed to improve muscle tone in the arms and forearms and are especially good for keen jugglers who want to build strength or for those recovering from sports injuries (just be careful not to over do it!). In order to build muscle tone ideally they should be juggled for 4-5 minutes every night.
These balls have the same durable finish as the DX balls. This means they're extremely hard wearing having been known to even survive over zealous dogs! This also makes them perfect for outdoor use.
