This is a quality product that's beneficial for your health, though the taste leaves something to be desired—but that's just how Black Seed Oil is! If you want a reliable option, this is a solid choice. Anyone using black seed oil is likely already aware of its anti-inflammatory benefits. Even though the flavor isn't great, I still suggest going with the liquid form over capsules. I mixed mine with warm water and a bit of lemon to make it easier to take.

Came without a safety top and it is a liquid product, how is it supposed to be protected? This needs to get fixed.
