Where to connect the anti-siphon? Also does it matter if it is higher or lower then the water level?

It does not need to be level with the water surface, there is a very easy way, just be installed at the outlet and Higher than your water container, It will totally prevent leakage and over-irrigation, no worry about the leakage or flooding.

What should I do if the watering system stops working suddenly?

Check if the device is out of battery and charge it. If the device does not charge using the included power cable, try using a different Type-C cable. If the issue doesn't fix , please ask ffor Beday support .

Humidity electrodes not working, what should I do?

Check whether probe can work: 1.Place probe into water under humidity mode; 2. Set current time and first watering time(1 min later is advised); 3. Wait for 1 min, device starts working, check if there is "WET" on screen. If not, probe is faulty.

What should I do if some plants need more water while some need less water, while they are watered at the same time

You can choose to insert more watering spikes in this plant, so that this plant can get more water at one time of watering. If there are many plants that need less watering and many plants that need more watering, get 2 sets is advised.

The battery indicator stays the same and doesn’t move while charging. What should I do if it won’t charge?

This issue is caused by a charging protocol problem, which has now been resolved. If you are facing this issue, maybe you have got an older version. The apple adapter and C-C cable can't work, you can try a different adapter and USB-C cable.

Semplice da installare e sorprendentemente efficace

Meglio di quanto mi aspettassi. L'installazione è davvero semplice grazie al sistema di tubicini e raccordi a T e permette di gestire comodamente più piante in vaso. Nel mio caso riesce a distribuire circa 2,5 litri d'acqua in 20 minuti, equivalenti a circa 7,5 litri all'ora.
