iPhone 7 Plus dramatically improves the most important aspects of the iPhone experience. It introduces advanced new camera systems. The best performance and battery life ever in an iPhone. Immersive stereo speakers. The brightest, most colorful iPhone display. Splash and water resistance. And it looks every bit as powerful as it is. This is iPhone 7 Plus. iPhone 7 reaches a new level of innovation and precision. The jet black finish is like nothing we’ve ever made. The enclosure is splash and water resistant. The Home button is completely reengineered. And with a new unibody design that’s seamless to the touch, iPhone 7 Plus feels as amazing as it looks. With its entire enclosure reengineered, iPhone 7 Plus is the very first water?resistant iPhone. So now you’re protected like never before against spills, splashes, and even dust. The Home button on iPhone 7 Plus is an advanced solid-state button designed to be durable, responsive, and pressure sensitive. Working in tandem with the new Taptic Engine, it gives you precise tactile feedback as you press. And it’s even customizable. iPhone 7 Plus doesn’t have just one entirely new camera system, it has two. The same 12MP wide-angle camera that’s on iPhone 7 works with a 12MP telephoto camera that can get even closer. That means you can get higher-quality zoom from farther away. With an all-new four-core design, the A10 Fusion chip’s CPU has two high?performance cores and two high?efficiency cores. The high?performance cores can run at up to 2x the speed of iPhone 6, while the high?efficiency cores are capable of running at just one-fifth the power of the high?performance cores. That means you get the best performance and efficiency when you need it.

Just like new!
I decided to upgrade my phone from an iPhone 5S (yeah, it was that old). After some research, and looking at what was available on Amazon I decided on the 7 plus. Since refurbished phones were the only ones available, I decided to try it out. The phone arrived in a generic box (as advertised) with a charging cable. There was no documentation, and no little plastic dock thing like you get with the older iPhones (not sure if new ones ship with this now). Just the phone and charger. The charger appears to be a non-Apple brand (again, as advertised) but decent quality. It's the kind with a plug in part and a separate usb-to-lightening cable. Forgive my ignorance if they're all that way now. Anyway, the phone itself was in good condition and arrived charged. It was protected with the cellophane cling wrap and it was in a plastic baggie. I didn't notice any flaws, although I didn't scrutinize it much as I knew I was going to put it in a case. There was a sticker on the back with the IMEI on it, which I suppose might bother some people. I just left it on -- again, under the case I bought. Having used a 5S as my first smart phone for several years, I am impressed with the 7S. It seems to function well. Battery life is better than my old phone, as one would expect. Setting it up was easy except for one minor wrinkle. Basically you just swap the SIM card (they both use nano), enable Bluetooth on both phones, and put them side-by-side. Somehow they know you want to switch from one phone to the other, and you just follow the prompts. When you're done your new phone has all the same apps and settings as the other one. Halfway through it asks you to sign in to your (iTunes?) account on the new phone. Here when I put in my info it kept saying it couldn't sign me in. I had to abort the setup and start over. I think I was missing something on the old phone where I was supposed to acknowledge the sign-in somehow. Whatever. After a few tries it worked. Now it works and looks just like a brand new iPhone, and the cost was a fraction of what I paid for even the brand new 5S when I bought it. Interestingly, I can still operate the old 5S as a mini-tablet, and even connect to WiFi. There's just no cell service because the SIM is in my new phone. Theoretically maybe I could keep it as a backup phone in case the 7 plus gets broken. There are a few things to consider. First, any non-factory apps you installed need to be downloaded again. It knows what apps were on your old phone, but I guess it doesn't actually transfer the apps... just the icons. If you think about it, this is smart. Why waste your setup time transferring over all that data you can just download as you go. It does transfer all your pictures and other files, which you might not have been able to download from anywhere except maybe iCloud. Downloading the apps can take some time. You get the dimmed out icon with a progress circle. During this time you can't use the apps. I suggest maybe letting it chug along overnight while connected to WiFi and you'll be ready to go in the morning. Alternately, if there are one or two you need sooner, you can just touch the icons for the others one-by-one to pause the downloads. Then the running downloads might go more quickly. You will also need to redo your fingerprint ID on the new phone. Another thing is it does NOT come with earbuds (as forewarned on Amazon). This phone doesn't have a headphone jack, so you need to buy the wireless earbuds, which can cost anywhere from $35 upwards of $80.Cosmetically, I mentioned the sticker and that I didn't really sweat whether there were any scratches (didn't see any obvious ones). I bought the black phone. The color didn't matter much because I put it in a case, but I did think a bit about whether I wanted the face to be black or white. I wanted black. The thing I didn't consider is the case I ultimately bought has a hole on the back where you can see the Apple logo (by design). Being the black phone, this detail is lost because the black logo on the black phone lacks contrast. It might have looked nicer if I picked a different color like silver. Oh well. I guess Steve Jobs would consider me uncouth.

Really Nice Phone & Lots of Extras!
This phone works great, really good deal and especially nice that the seller added so many extras! Included in the box, besides the charger, the seller added a free phone case and screen protector. Thank you!

Phone arrived in good shape. Wrong cable was included though.
Although the wrong cable did come as well as a faulty charging brick, working with amazon customer care to contact their customer care a resolution was met and satisfaction was met. The phone itself was in great shape and functioned without any issues. Due to the charging cable issues, I am only able to give 4 stars.

Love it !!!
This is the 3rd time I have went out on a limb and have been very pleased with my phone! Probably the best phone I had to date, 91% battery life, already comes with a screen protector just popped my SIM in and away I went !! Gave my last one to my brother which was also a very good iPhone 7 ... I love how much bigger this screen is in the 7plus... reviews always make me nervous because of the bad reviews people tend to put on but this is without a doubt a great phone at a great price ! Highly recommend!

Pay attention amazon do not test phone before selling only serve as intermediaries
Had to return the phone, speaker was not working properly and while making phone call the sound was barely audible.Issue was not with amazon but mainly with the original seller, seems he forgot to tell the phone was, what look like immerse in water.Pay attention amazon do not test phone before selling only serve as intermediaries. You may find a good deal but honestly, for iPhone, I would stay away. Don’t get me wrong amazon fulfill their obligation (return and reimburse)

Friendly but fishy
This is the worst company I’ve ever trusted from reviews. Advertised 128GB phone I got a 32GB-had fully unlocked in their ad but it wasn’t. And even though they advertised previous Verizon phone. Verizon would not help…. And didn’t know what to do cause the previous number isn’t provided. I was TOLD this phone would work in Canada…. Now I’m supposed to pay for the return! Stay away from this company. They can’t be trusted……. But they’re really nice.

happy with my purchase
arrived sooner than expected, very excited about that!charger hub was not apple. charger cord was apple but seemed used, neither seemed to work. not a problem for me because I had a charger from my last phone.came with a clear glass screen protector which was a score!battery life seems normal, perhaps a tad bit worse than a new one.volume is a little weird, after various attempts to fix this, when people call me I can barely hear them. aside from that it’s about normal.bluetooth works fine, hooked up my airpods easy peasy.speech to text works well, touch screen is good too. overall happy with my purchase.

Gave me a dirty phone. Not impressed
They gave me a phone that’s grimy , with built up dirt in the crack ( probably where the top of case and the top of the screen met). This is in worse condition than my current work phone I’ve had for 5 years. Least they could’ve done was wipe the gunk off from around the edges. Makes me hesitant because their lack of attention detail probably means they didn’t inspect the other more important aspects of the phone well enough.. like the battery life etc. I’m not even going to bother turning it on. It’s going back. Not impressed.
