I used to love black licorice, but hadn't had any in a long time My sister send me a lb container of Australian Black Licorice, I wasn't thrilled until I took a bite of the 1st one, I was hooked. I have never tasted such a soft flavorful licorice product in my like. So I found the same kind on Amazon & had to get it.Matter of fact I'm done with that container & waiting for my next one to arrive & the container is so sturdy that I used it to put hot glue sticks in it.I liked them so much I ordered a container of the Australian Strawberry Licorice for my caregiver. Same reaction he fe!l in love all over again.

This is good licorice every one likes the red not the black. I like both.

The quality, softness and especially the freshness is outstanding. My family loves all the flavors. My son prefers the sours.

Got this for my sister's for her birthday. She called right after receiving "this gift and said it was the best black licorice she had ever had." So fresh.!!!!

They were not sour at all. The texture was too firm on the outside and squishy on the inside. Almost like jelly which was to a pleasing mixture. The apple taste was super fake.
