Heating degree not mentioned

There are 3 levels . The highest I feel is about 65 degree Celsius. I have been using it is quite good.

Do i have to keep it plugged in while wearing it on shoulder or is it possible to heat it before and then remove cable n wear it .

Need to keep it plugged! It want stay warm for long once unplugged.

I bought it for using in UK. It is cold in here and it is usable. Not good for warmer climate regions

Poor design. Useless.

You cannot use product without someone assisting you to use it. It does not provide coverage to shoulder joints. Poorly designed elastic belts. Normal heating pads are cheaper & provide more flexibility in use. Definitely does not serve the purpose.
