Kid friendly and great quality
Product has been great. Was looking for something my school-age children could use to get into the house after school. Easy to install users and kid friendly.

Elegant, Durable and Secured lock.
Ease of installation. There was an internal issue on the first lock that I initially received. I was contacted by the vendor they went above and beyond solving the problem, immediately shipping out a brand-new exact replacement lock. It functions excellent without any further issues. I certainly recommend this amazing lock and vendor to anyone, definitely will buy from again.

Easy to install!
So far, so good! The lock was easy to install (did it myself!) and has worked great thus far... though it's only been a week or so. At this point, I would definitely recommend this product.

2nd time is a charm
First unit had to tap the rfid card 10x to get it to open. Replacement works fine. Lock interface seemed to be good quality. Finger print works well. Not a the clearest instructions but ok. Prompt response from manufacturer.

It is so convenient to use. I don't need a key bit if I need a key. It is one to be provided. Love it.

Good looking but not very secure
This is a good looking deadbolt lock that was an easy install. The lock was installed one day then the second day a friend slammed the door closed with the latch in the locked position the force caused the mechanism inside that moves the latch to the open/closed destroyed. Needless to say the lock would not prevent someone from breaking & entering so the damaged lock was removed & replaced with a new one by a different manufacturer.**To my surprise the seller reached out and offered a replacement or a full refund for the damaged lock. Because I had already replaced the lock I went with refund.Kudos goes to the seller for taking the initiative to make things right.**Thank you

The lock was easy to install and it looks nice.It recognizes my fingerprint easily and it just does, what it's supposed to do.As it works via Bluetooth only at the moment, I ordered a wifi connector. Let's see how it's working then.I've had a special request to the customer service and it was handled way better than I imagined.5 stars for the lock and another 5 for the customer service.

Not Water Proof, Eats Batteries and has a Dim Display
Works good and easy to setup, but has the following flaws.1. Not rain proof. My first one filled with water through the keyhole even though covered'I fixed this on the replacement by putting tape over the keyhole which we don't use.2. As others have mentioned, the display is very dim and hard to read on a sunny day.3. This thing eats batteries like mad. I have to replace then every 2-4 weeks. I used Amazon Heavy Duty AA'sI am now trying some Lithium batteries. Hopefully they will last longer.
