CPR Aquatics CS100 Siphon Overflow (with grated overflow)

To start off with the good, the shipper got this here on time and packaged well. I have zero issues with the shipping of this item.The problem I DO have though, is in order to connect to this to flexline tubing you need to buy and extra adapter from their website at additional cost. While the part is only going to be 8 bucks or so and I am not worried about it too much as my tank is not setup yet. to those who need it more urgently this may cause a LOT of headaches.The best part is their site is REALLY outdated. [...] is where the instructions tell you to go and buy their extra parts (that should be included for the price of the overflow) but once you go to the checkout, the site will not accept cards with an expiration date over 2015. This may not be a problem for most, but for me it means I cannot order their parts and since they don't have a contact number on their site (non-existent service) I need to go to the hardware store and MAcGyver something together.This overflow SEEMS to be pretty high quality, so I won't take off all starts but I sure as heck won't buy anything else from them after this.
