However, the experience turned out to be extremely frustrating. We spent an exhausting hour and a half trying to troubleshoot the myriad issues that surfaced right from the start.The app's user interface is riddled with bugs and poorly explained features. For instance, there's a function labeled 'shinning' with absolutely no context or instructions on what it actually does or how to use it. Additionally, we were constantly bombarded with prompts to reinstall and update the app, which disrupted our attempts to use the product effectively.Despite its cute packaging and promising concept, the product itself is, frankly, junk. It failed to deliver on its basic promises, and dealing with its non-intuitive app was more hassle than it was worth. This product was not only a waste of money but also a source of frustration and disappointment. I strongly advise against buying this product—it simply does not perform as advertised.
