This cloud couch is everything I wanted it to be. It was easy to put together. My fiancée and I had it together a little over an hour but that was an us problem and triple checking instructions which were very well written. The pictures were super helpful as well. Everything you need is in the boxes.Next, let me explain that this isn’t my first time buying couches online. The last couch I had, was low to the ground, too firm of seats and the back cushions were a joke. The height of the back cushions and the seat depth was embarrassing. It costed me $300 less than this couch but this couch blew me away. I cannot express how wonderful it has been to me and my fiancée. The ottomans turned this into chaise like seating and I have been sleeping good. It’s sometimes hard to get through a movie because I will fall asleep. I appreciate the craftsmanship and sturdiness of this couch. When sitting on it, you do not feel the hardware. Just straight comfort and softness. If you are looking for a firm couch, this isn’t for you. It is very soft and plush. The seats are so wide and deep so I promise you will be comfortable. The back cushions are high too. I’m 5’9 and I can sit back comfortably.Now with all the good there are some bad. But the bad can be fixed for your comfort and how you want even though for the price, the couch is good as is honestly. So the back cushions are not secured on anything so they will slip around a bit. Not a big issue for me. The legs are only 3inches so it will be super low to the ground. If you are tall like myself, I would invest in 4-6inch legs and problem solved! Lastly, if you have wood flooring or any flooring where furniture can easily move; the legs will slide around on the floor. I purchased rubber pads to keep the couch sturdy and it has been perfect. Other than that, this couch is perfect for the price! You cannot beat it.I would like to show love to the seller as their customer service is top tier and amazing. I had an issue and they were on it and solved it quickly with urgency. Very nice and understanding. This couch is wonderful and will accommodate anyone. All I can say is good luck trying to stay awake while watching tv on this thing.

It’s bigger than i thought it would be ngl 😭 i love that though! 1st thing - ALL of the couch is damn there washable except the very base. Everything else unzips and can be washed! Which was expexy important for me.2. Thick! It’s definite thick and it feels firm enough - you will not sink into the couch when you sit!3. Very sturdy! Lemme start with saying - every single box came with more instructions and screws and stuff so i have hella extra screws but that means that if you lose any! You’ll have extra pieces to compensate for it.4. Assembly was easy!!! I would’ve been able to do it myself (my mom ended up helping me - which was nice - took us about an hour bc she moves too slow lolol)5. Creamy color like i wanted! It’s not white it’s definitely creamy beige it’s light enough for me it’s gorgeous6. Delivery - IT CAME EARLY!!!! Omg i was so excited. 3 boxes total - first 2 arrived then last box came the very next day! Quick delivery shipped fast! Lovely lovely and the seller reached out as soon as i placed order :’)7. No places for storage - that wasn’t my focus or concern though just wanted to add that in there!Lastly: I’ve officially had the couch up for 2 days now! I’m in love. All these blankets are on it bc i haven’t gotten the fabric protector yet - and I’m letting my dogs vibe with me - so keeping it cute !! But i am in love with the couch! Can’t wait to get a new rug to match! It’s so cute i would 10/10 recommend and would buy it again!

Love the color - purchased the black and, to my surprise, it’s more of a black/silver gray making it a perfect match for my living room decor! I read reviews about some difficulties is assembling but my husband was an able to assemble without difficulty pretty fast. The oversized chair comfortably seats 2 people which I love! The two seater L shaped sofa is larger than expected but okay with me and can seat more than 3 people! The sofa/oversized chair is standard height and you can remove the feet to sit flush to the floor if so desired. The cushions are firm for a few weeks but eventually they start to soften and conform for your comfort. This was definitely quality for the money spent! Comes with 2 throw pillows for the sofa and one for the chair. The fabric is soft and easy to clean. The fabric does draw lint but that’s nothing a small lint brush won’t fix! Happy with the purchase and the price! The ottoman came with the sofa to make it L-shaped but can be moved anywhere you want to use it or not!

Love the couch only gripe is the low back. Time will tell the build quality but from what met the eye everything looks fairly sturdy. Cushions are nice and soft perfect for lounging around and plenty of space to sit. Overall would definitely recommend. Is there a way to buy an ottoman individually?

This couch surprised me in comfortable. It was a great price and you can't be how comfortable it is. It is a great quality for the price and and very sturdy. It's easy to get pet hair of and spot clean. It looks great in our space and I fall asleep so easy on it.

Like another reviewer shared, the white color looks absolutely yellow stained -, it's horrible. The couch is uncomfortable and so low to the ground that is difficult to sit up. It is definitely not worth this price. I have been going back and forth with the seller who is not being accommodating at all. It clearly states that item is returnable - they have given me every excuse possible including it's too expensive to ship it back, they've sold many of these and no one else has had an issue, the color shows up exactly as advertised which it does not it is an actual gross yellow stained fabric that looks so old and used. I am working with Amazon to resolve. I wouldn't use this couch if it was free.
