Cheapest most simple working test!
Ignore all the other reviews as they were probably written by people who didn't fill up the form properly. I know I did and it was super simple and very quick. I just got my results and I'm intolerant to 3 things and very happy I finally know my problem. I've been bloated all day when all I ate was sushi which I know I'm always ok with but now I know it was the sesame seeds!

I like that I now know what foods I have a sensitivity to that is probably causing my physical problems. I also know what vitamins and minerals that I need more of to maintain a healthy lifestyle. There were some surprises for me in my test results. I certainly will recommend this test to family and friends. A person cannot change their lifestyle unless they know what the problem is. Information is they key to a healthy lifestyle.

The scienctific community deems these tests inadequate in determinding food allergies or the like. I highly suggest that individuals seek the advice of a skilled allergists.

Great Feedback!
I recently had my hair samples tested to see what the results may be as they relate to some Thyroid issues I've been experiencing. There were a couple of things that I thought I may be intolerate to and this test really clarify what I was thinking. Easy test and well worth the feedback results.

I completed the test and mailed it back, but I never received anything back. Worthless.

Simple and straightforward, took about 4 weeks to get my email. This helps to see what I need to cut out or have in moderation. Great for the price
