If you work it, it will work for you.
Though I include forearm and grip strength training, generally not a fan of grippers. This shorter version, designed to target fingers and thumbs is an incredibly effective, extremely well made piece of equipment. I ordered #4, recommended, of 7 strengths, and certainly will purchase more.

way to strong hands is through the fingers....so this give balance to the mix
great way to strengthen single fingers then the combined strength of your fingers is admirably greater

Excellent as always from Ironmind
Great compliment to using captains of crush. I can almost close a number 2 CoC but as soon as I use these things on my pinkie and ring finger I can’t budge them and it’s more a coordination thing than strength. I bought the 4 and 5 but in order to use an imtug for my pinkie and ring finger I reckon I need to go much lighter. I am possessed of small hands mind you so I’m no expert on other people but I literally cannot budge the suckers I own.
