I wouldn’t get it again for my lattes!
I have tried this matcha powder as it had great reviews. What I have noticed and didn’t like is that the powder doesn’t fully dissolve as it should leaving a sort of micro granules that you’re able to feel while drinking it. The taste is more grassy than umami/sweet which is normal considering it’s Uji. Lastly, I didn’t like that it’s quite tasteless in a latte. The color is normal for Uji Matcha powder. Overall, it’s not a 0/10 product as I’ve tried worse. I believe it would be great for desserts rather than lattes.

Disappointing Matcha - Not Ceremonial Grade at All
I was really looking forward to this “ceremonial grade” matcha, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to that label. The colour was a murky green rather than that vibrant, bright green you’d expect from a high quality ceremonial matcha. The taste was also off, kind of powdery and not smooth at all. To make matters worse, when I opened the package, a lot of the matcha spilled out everywhere because they’d put powder above the seal, causing a mess. Overall, it felt like a waste of money. I’m pretty disappointed and wouldn’t recommend this if you’re looking for true ceremonial grade matcha
