Hi. The bottle says it is made in Coeur d’Alene Idaho.

Do you add a cap to the bowl of water, or do you add it to a liter and then pour? Confused

My pets' (dog+cat) bowl holds about 2 cups of water. Per instructions on the Oxyfresh bottle, I pour about 1/2 a capful into the bowl of water. They drink it without issue. I experimented with another brand of water additive but they drank less water. I went back to Oxyfresh. Both my cat and my dog have had excellent teeth so far.

I have two cats, one with bad breath i've been trying to fix... i assume it's safe/nbd that both will end up drinking the water with this stuff in it?

I purchased this for both my dog and my cat and both drink it without any issues. My cat can be picky about some things, but he drinks his water with the additive in it. Now their breath smells good and their teeth are clean.

My cats routinely drink very little water. If I mix the Oxyfresh/water with cat food will it work?

No, it will lose effectiveness. Recommend you try ½ the dose to see if the cat will drink the water. Then work up to the full dose.
