The book looks almost new!

The book was exactly what I needed for my Structural Loads and Systems class. It is the 2005 version, NOT the 2010 version. The shipping was fast, and the book was in excellent condition.

i bought this for the California seismic PE exam. it's about what you'd expect. i did find some of the stuff helpful as a person unfamiliar with seismic theory. this (or whatever version is now out and recommended by the State of CA) is VITAL to bring with you to the exam, and you should have it while you study. otherwise it's useless unless you actually need this info for your daily job.

If you're a civil engineer you have to have this. Personally I prefer pdfs for work, but you need this for PE exam.

What can I say, it is required reading for the profession. It was shipped as expected. It is more informative that the 05 version.

This is exactly what I was looking for at the right price and came on time. I would recommend this item.
