Helps With Sleep
So far I am really liking this product. I have not lost any lbs yet but it has helped me with my sleep which is great as I suffer from insomnia. It has also helped me use the bathroom in the mornings. I believe once I incorporate a more balanced diet this product will work wonders.

Worth the try!
Didn't help with the sleep but noticed how it suppressed my appetite and I have more energy the next day. Doesn't give me a stomach ache or groggy the next day so that is a good thing!

Didn’t work for me.
Unfortunately, this combination of ingredients didn’t work for me. I’ll go back to a previous product that worked for me.

Keto PM
We've been taking them every night and haven't seen any change/benefit yet. We will finish off the bottle to see if there is any.

Who can tell if a specific supplement is working?
I can't say if taking this, does what it says. I've always been skeptical of Melatonin. However, while using this product in combination with a few others and a keto diet, I have lost 60lbs since Feb 2021. Maybe it works maybe it doesn't but I can't argue that I am losing on average 10lbs a month. What I can say for sure is the capsule is easy to swallow and has no adverse flavors or odors to it.

Keeps your body burning
I loved the idea of taking something that would work while I sleep. It worked so well that I must say I was happily surprised. This is my second bottle and I will continue on knowing that this is a great product!
