Are these latex free?

These were awful! Did not fit lips well and a total waste of money! I gave rest of my package to charity!

How long should I use it and how many minutes should I leave it on?

It doesn't come with direction's, maybe 10-15 minutes? That's how long I did it.

I LOVE these! I use them about 3-4xs a week and usually at the end of the day watching TV. It does take a minute to stick and stop slipping around. After about 10 minutes it feels like a "hug" for your lips. I wear it for 20 minutes then immediately apply a moisture lip balm mask and wear that to bed. I feel and see a difference in my aging lips and I HIGHLY recommend.
