Size incorrectly stated on product description.

I bought these socks as a gift for a friend to wear during the holiday season. I purchased them because of the size that was stated "COMBED COTTON Socks size 10-15." The package says 11-13 size. This man is 6'8 and wear a size 14 shoe. I was specifically looking for a vendor that sold socks in larger size. I am very disappointed! I am stuck with a pair of men's socks I don't need.
