Had to replace a blown 3" full range driver in an Acoustic Research ARS70-A BT wireless speaker. I replaced both drivers as the dimensions and specs were a perfect match. The results are excellent and exceeded my expectations. The speaker now sounds solid with a very smooth and listenable sound with ample volume. It was tinny and thin sounding before. I have no idea if the single working speaker was also damaged so I don't know if this setup sounds better than with the original AR drivers. But it does sound good now. And very reasonably priced as well.

The media could not be loaded. Nice speaker well made sounds good. Bought this to make a novelty portable Bluetooth type speaker but was very impressed with it. Will have to get another set in the future to put in a proper box.

Decent size magnet to handle the power, rubber surround and paper cone material. Terminals are basic. I’m Saying these really preform well. Test bench tested them using a 100 watt amplifier and they sounded great. I ran them both full range and also using a band pass crossover (800-4000hz). I ordered the 4 ohm version and I used a band-pass crossover filter to integrate these in my car’s front doors to build a nice three way set up. The result really cleared up the midrange frequencies and these can take plenty of power especially using a quality crossover. They are also very efficient so they play nice and loud. The midrange clarity of these really brings out the clarity in vocals and acoustic instruments. I was surprised they can put out some decent bass for their size too so you may want to run these full range to get a lower end response. I’m not sure what the upper frequency roll-off is but on the low end the seem to do pretty good down to 200hz I did not look at an spectrum analyzer so I’m saying this based on my listening and experience. For the price you won’t be disappointed though I do feel these will sound best within a two or three way system.

Needed to replace the aging original hardware on my Sega Astro City. Screw holes lined up perfectly, no drilling necessary. Even better, these speakers are shielded (unlike the originals). I no longer more need to degauss the CRT every week.Sound is an upgrade, would have preferred two way speakers but unavailable shielded. Go into this with reasonable expectations and you wont be disappointed.Originals were 8ohm, these are 4ohm but have been working fine with steady use.

Speakers are good. Installed them on 76” eldorado to replace front cracked OEM speakers. Working fine.

I used these for a Bluetooth speaker project for my shop based on my experience with some other speakers by the same company that are no longer available. These did not disappoint. The highs are surprisingly crisp and clear. The bass is better than expected for a 3” full ranger. The box is ported and tuned to 60 Htz and the speaker sounds much larger than it is.

I have these for my haslab proton pack. The factory one was flimsy and barely sounds decent. These work so much better with a 3d printed adapter plate to mount. They can take about 10w then anything above that it starts to crackle. Hope those who are upgrading their proton pack, these will be a better option and will vibrate your back.

Added some pop to my speakers. Nice. Would buy again. JCX215
