Prodot kb-207s USB Keyboard with Mouse

Pathetic product and even worst customer service from both Amazon and Prodot.It's been only two months and Mouse is not working. So I called Amazon customer care and they provided me the number of ProDot for replacement as it is under warranty. I called the Prodot people and they are saying that you need to courier not only mouse buy keyboard as well even though it's working properly as it was bought under combo offer. I told them that it will hamper my work if both things are not there and who will bear the cost of courier. But that lady was not ready to listen and understand my concern. Done a big mistake of buying this product. I would rate a zero star..

Item arrived few days earlier than expected. Bought it mainly for the keyboard as my current mouse is fine so the bundled mouse is for now a backup. Overall a seemingly good product for the $. Key presses feel extremely, how can I describe it? Tactile & soft, but in a scary way, meaning I feel i will break it if I am not extra careful & use concious soft spaced presses. For someone who is used to more firmer key/presses/clicks, it should feel odd. But I am a graphic designer & not someone who would be typing vigorously or mouse clicking crazily like a gamer (which is where the damage can happen). For typical office use, I would suggest going for something more sturdier. Material (build quality) is also a bit flimsy (as mentioned in other reviews), but unlike higher priced keyboards & mice, for the price, i understand sometimes corners need to be cut, so no issues. As long as its balanced which it seems this product is value for $. I will probably update this review further after few months of use. But overall for now, I am happy with the purchase & all processes associated with it,

The product is worth the price but definitely it can be a lot better than the current quality..The design and feel of using mouse is good but the keyboard can be much much better. The keys are hard to press and I have personally not use keyboard of this size, so I find it a bit difficult to use.

First thing Why I purchased this the reason is that it is made in india🇮🇳 and also company is indian.I will not recommend this for gaming but there r many made in China product and I hate them.About this keyboard I am loving😍 it and mouse sound and keyboard sounds are awesome.i like the clicking sound of mouse.Build Quality is Good of both product.Both supports mobile but you have to purchase otg adapter

It's somewhere good for what you're paying. But i didn't like the quality of the keyboard. I used this company's Mouse, which comes in this. But i'm not comfortable with the keyboard, they are made up of very cheap plastic and flimsy. But if you're on tight budget, go for the mouse and buy keyboard separatly

Worst shipping by amazon, broken product received.And worst manufacturing ... mouse Scrolling not working , right click is happening automatically, very small in size , and return window is closed so i can't return this item. Worst product and delivery by amazon. Does not deserve a single star.

Third class product within two weeks keyboard not working and no service contact no back up for repair.... When call the service centre ball pass to Amazon call ball pass to service the centre........ Do not buy....... Useless

Pros:I like the keyboard which does the basic functions quite well.All the keys are neither too hard or too soft.Caps Lock has a light indicator which is of great help .The mouse was also big enough to grasp well,unlike the mini sized mouses.Condelivery cost is too high-Rs 100/-which is unjustified.Overall-it is a great product at this low cost, which is made in India.
