My 80lb giant schnauzer fits the medium but there is zero pant room. Will the Great Dane one work for him?

Ya, anything too big is a real danger for the dogs eyes, muzzle/cage can get pushed into 1 or both eyes when it stricks something

I have a pitbull with a 14 inch circumstance and a 4 inch snout the pitbull one will be too small on him do you think this will work ?

Well, considering your 14 inch circumstance and 4 inch snout, I would re-evaluate your situation and possibly the validity of your needs.

My husky's muzzle is 4in long, but 8.5 inch circumference - would the medium do well for her? I measured three times to makes sure.

I purchased a medium sized one for my large headed GSD 105 lbs. it fit well. Check how to measure you dog…
