Darice 5 x 7 Blank Cards & Envelopes - Value Pack - 50 Count pack of 2 - Natural

I use these to make handmade cards by glueing on small original watercolors. The cards are a nice weight - sturdy enough to hold them and to look professional. Will definitely buy again when I run out. UPDATE: Well, I tried to reorder. The company sent me the wrong size - TWICE! Hoping the third time’s a charm, as they are supposed to be re-sending. I really like the 5x7 size - the smaller A2 that they sent won’t do for my purpose. UPDATE #2: wrong size received again! Stay away from this vendor unless you really want A2 and not A7 size. Not worth the hassle dealing with their flawed inventory problems.

These cards are well-scored, easy to fold, and a nice weight. The color is a bit different from other "natural" cards that I've bought in the past, which has worked out very well for my purposes. For a project at church, I'm making note cards by attaching prayer cards (holy cards) on these. I've mounted about a dozen very different prayer cards, and each one has looked great against the subtle undertones in these Darice cards. I just ordered two more sets of a hundred cards each. Need I say more?

These cards worked perfectly for my wedding thank you cards! The only qualm I have with these is that some folds in the paper are not perfect. You could easily fix this though by snipping a tiny bit off of the edges of the paper once it is folded so that there is no overlap.The paper quality is fantastic - it is quite thick and can stand up on its own after folding! The envelopes are a little more lightweight, but did not affect the quality in any way. The cards easily fit inside the envelope even when they had items in them.

These envelopes and blank card stock are bar far the best that I have purchased in years. I create invitations in bulk once a year and normally purchase this product at my local craft stores. The problem with the craft store cards & envelopes is the quality is very thin and, often times, the blank cards needs to be flattened.Darice arrived flat and it's a heavy card stock for my invitations. The price was a bonus due to the fact that instead of receiving a quantity of 40 like in the craft stores, Darice gives you a quantity of 50.

This was my 2nd time purchasing these cards--my first review was 5 stars, but the packs are of inconsistent quality. I should have read the other reviews more closely prior to ordering them. After trying to figure out if my printer was printing everything crooked, I started looking at the cards themselves. I used the scorelines to cut the cards in half, but a large percentage (70%) of the scorelines were not accurately placed. I only realized this after about 30 cuts and about as many prints into it. After my discovery, I had to measure every card and trim the edges if the score lines were too obvious. Also, the envelope adhesive doesn't adhere--but I was prepared with glue sticks since that was a common complaint from the other reviews.Overall, the quality of the paper is good. And with a lot of patience and labor, this set made a very economical and beautiful wedding invitation. Recipients of the invitation were surprised when they heard that I made them myself.

Very nice, clean cut cards. Smooth surface easy to work with. Good thickness of both cards and envelopes. Made the finished product look professional.

These are wonderful! They're versatile--you can use them for anything you want, and with a little creativity, you can make some really cute cards with them. My only "gripe" is that I wish I could buy a smaller pack. I got so many, that I decided to keep a pile at work and at home for last-minute cards for birthdays, thank yous, and other occasions.

I love the look of the brown paper, it makes a simple card look less empty. The paper is thick enough where most pens / markers (including sharpies) will not bleed through. I often use silver sharpies and they pop on the brown paper better than they do on plain white paper.The 5x7 size is perfect for me and the envelopes seal without an issue
