6'0" 165 lbs - Medium or Large?

I'm 5'8. 165. I got a medium and I felt like it run a tad big for my taste.

how heavy is the coat? light enough for spring or is it better for autumn?

I would say it is a Fall/Winter coat

Not really.. I live in a warm climate and the hood is really more for keeping dry not warmth
